Neurotransmitter Imbalance

WHAT DIFFERENCE DO NEUROTRANSMITTERS MAKE?

Optimal levels of neurotransmitters (serotonin, GABA, dopamine, norepinephrine, epinephrine, glutamate, to name a few) play a crucial role in quality of life. Neurotransmitters are chemicals, that send signals across a synapse from one neuron to another. These chemicals play a major role in shaping everyday life and functions.

By balancing and optimizing neurotransmitter levels, The Well for Health can treat mild to moderate anxiety, depression, and mood disorders associated with chronic stress and/or genetic tendencies.

HOW DO WE TREAT NEUROTRANSMITTER IMBALANCE?

At The Well for Health, we treat neurotransmitter imbalance by:

Digging for root cause of deficiencies and, once discovered, treating with supplements to naturally increase or balance levels (with a corresponding improvement in mood, fatigue, clarity of thought, and energy)
Using “targeted nutritional therapy” in lieu of, or in combination with, medication
