Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach & Clinical Care Coordinator located in Davidson, NC

About Kimberly Clymens

Kimberly Clymens is the Clinical Care Coordinator and Health Coach at the Well for Health.  She brings with her years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse and a passion for Functional Medicine.  Like many of us in the field of functional medicine, her journey started as a personal one.  Having watched her mother suffer from autoimmune disease and then being diagnosed herself, she began searching for answers to regain her health. She knows that changing your habits and lifestyle is a lifelong journey and can only be effectively done with the proper support.  This brought her to the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy where she has been trained in Functional Medicine, Functional Nutrition, Mind-Body Medicine, and Positive Psychology Coaching. She is currently working towards certification in Reversing Cognitive Decline through Dr. Bredesen’s Recode protocol.  It is her desire to combine her training in conventional medicine, functional medicine and coaching to fill in the gaps so others may regain or maintain their own health and wellness.   Kimberly is a long-time resident of Huntersville along with her husband and daughter.
